Oh, these broad feedback questions. There's a lot more involved in awarding custody than a father flipping out on a phone call. Sounds like he needs some anger management counseling, but far be it from me to say he shouldn't have his children because he spouted off on a voice message.

therapy! for sure, for both parents and kids, but dont hurt the children more by taking away custody, and kim what is she above the law because she has money?she leaked a tape illegally,she did something illegal lets see her pay a price like anyother person would,or was someone bought agian? lets see what happens

Yes!!! Alec Baldwin should not only be denied custody of his daughter but should be limited to supervised visits if at all. The verbal damage this man has done to his daughter is monumental. He is out of control! I'm glad that someone leaked this message to the public because it shows what his daughter has had to deal with behind closed doors when the t.v. cameras are not around. Now maybe the courts will be able to protect this little girl from any further verbal abuse. I have 4 children and I totally understand fustration but this is no way to deal with it. With verbal abuse of this nature, no good can come out of allowing Alec visitation with his daughter until he gets help in dealing with his issues. This is truely a tragic situation!

I think we need more of the story. There are always two sides, and both sides seem suspect. Yes, he needs some help, but we also didn't know what lead up to the explosion on the phone and what his wife and child did, or said to make him act that way. The parents are putting the child in the middle.
