Disgusting, That's the only word for this. It happens much to frequently. On school buses and in front of a eager crowd. Every single one of those girls should be punished to the max the law allows. Whatever happened to puppy tails and everything nice. This really made me sick.....

Their parents failed them miserably. I mean, you would think someone who was at least half-way competent at parenting would sit their child down and tell them, "Now Susie, there are going to be people in this world who you don't get along with, it is a fact of life, but you should never ever invite them over so you and your friends can ambush her and beat her unconscious." I mean really it is frightening that teens would think this is an ok thing to do, but they didn't have a parent or some other responsible family member to tell them that this is not a rational course of action? Even scarier is that within ten years teens just like this will be having children of their own.

In my house we always heard that corny little ditty, STICKS AND STONES MAY BREAK MY BONES BUT NAMES WILL NEVER HARM ME...it's scary not only did they do this, but they filmed it...

What's wrong with kids today? No consequences. The authorities don't give them a punishment worth a da*n and the parents are not allowed to do so either. I'm not encouraging a parent abusing their child (by NO means), but today you can't even raise your voice at a kid without being accused of imparting some type of abuse. The kids feel empowered, untouchable. Coupled with the fact that there are other irreputable individuals walking our streets and using the internet that find this amusing and rather than stepping in to stop it, they stand by and pass the popcorn. It's sick.

There is something seriously wrong with girl in the video doing the actual beating!!!! The look on her face when she was pummeling that poor girl was sickening! These kids need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law; there needs to be a message put forth that this behavior is NOT acceptable!!!! Such a stupid act has ruined these kids' lives forever!!!! I don't know if we can ALWAYS blame the parents--It's high time these kids are made to take responsibility for their actions!!! I know of one family in our area--the NICEST people, the best parents--very kind-hearted--raised their kids right--and the son just happened to get involved with the wrong people, and ended up on the wrong side of the law. He actually ended up serving time in jail for being an accessory to murder. His family was absolutely devastated--NO ONE would have EVER believed that anyone in that family would have ever been involved in anything like this, including him. He was such a good kid--smart, well-mannered and well-behaved. So, although many times it is due to the lack of discipline in the home, that is not ALWAYS the case. We have to understand that these kids just don't think!!! They make their own decisions; By the time they reach 13-14 years old, they should definitely know the difference between right and wrong!!! My 10 year old grandsons know the difference, and they also know that there are consequences for bad decisions!!!

Well, I read just this morning that all these kids (6 girls and 2 boys) will be tried as adults and face life in prison for what they did. I don't think they'll actually get such a harsh sentence, but they should definitely get one they won't forget. Old enough to make these decision, old enough to face the consequences. Period.
