The best method of conserving natural resources is to reduce the global population of human beings.  Let's start by reducing the birth rate.

No snapper not abortions...Men need to learn how to pull out and be less selfish.

In fact, if Larry Burkhead pulled out instead of staying in and being selfish, then Anna Nicole smith would not have had a baby, and would probably still be alive.

Conserving our natural resources is good, Abe. People dying faster than they can be replaced (birth to death ratio) is what is causing Europe to shut down economically and culturally. Do we want to be next? That doesn't sound too good. Where's a happy middle ground?

Live Earth was a LIVE jack-me-off...
How much of all that $$$ fo you really think will make it to helping the issues that will help the environment?

...and if Al & Tipper all all so bent on saving the earth, then why is hemp and cannabis not part of the equation?

Some facts concerning hemp follow:
C'mon sheeple!!!!!!!! think.
why is this plant soooo villanized???
yet I can spew facts for hours on its benefits....

HEMP: THE WORLD'S MOST BENEFICIAL NATURAL RESOURCE?
AMAZING FACTS ABOUT AN AMAZING PLANT

On an annual basis, 1 acre of hemp will produce as much fiber as 2 to 3 acres of cotton. Hemp fiber is stronger and softer than cotton, lasts twice as long as cotton, and will not mildew. Many textile products (shirts, jackets, pants, backpacks, etc.) made from 100% hemp are now available.

Cotton grows only in moderate climates and requires more water than hemp; but hemp is frost tolerant, requires only moderate amounts of water, and grows in all 50 states. Cotton requires large quantities of pesticides and herbicides--50% of the world's pesticides/herbicides are used on cotton. But hemp requires no pesticides, no herbicides, and only moderate amounts of fertilizer.

On an annual basis, 1 acre of hemp will produce as much paper as 2 to 4 acres of trees. From tissue paper to cardboard, all types of paper products can be produced from hemp. Global demand for paper will double within 25 years. Unless tree-free sources of paper are developed, there is no way to meet future demand without causing massive deforestation and environmental damage. Hemp is t

i think they came up for that solution already a few years back. some type of secret vaccine that was used on african people so they can't produce sperm. of course it was never mention to the african people that the vaccine would do that, they were tricked into thinking it was for something else, and of course our government would never admit to it either. but that's what i heard.

That is assuming that we really have a problem. Many of Al's theories have been proven to be false by scores of scientists.

If he closed his big yap, that would eliminate a lot of hot air that is contributing to this "global warming" theory.

You're right, Latina Woman. It is very expensive to raise children. I've heard that it costs about $160,140.00/per child from the time one is born until the child becomes an adult at age 18. That's a lot of money! It translates to: $8,896.66/year, $741.38/month, $171.08/week, $24.24/day, Just over a dollar an hour. (If the kids unionize, it would be more expensive. LOL). Parents get more than just the worries, though. For example: 1)Naming rights. First, middle, last. 2)Glimpses of God everyday. 3)A hand to hold, usually covered with jelly or chocolate. 4)More love than your heart can hold. 5)You get a front row seat to history to witness the first step, first word, first bra, first date and first time behind the wheel. etc... Is the value worth the price (and worries)?

RaceNeked, I tend to agree with some of your points, but, there's no hemp cartel. You need to get a large family interested in paying off some politicians and making hemp into a commodity like sugar, oil, or tobacco, and then you would see a great interest in hemp cultivation...but...are those the only reasons you are interested in hemp?

My degree is in math. tools of a mathematician are pencil, paper and waste paper basket. the waste paper basket distinguishes him from a philosopher.
