I don't get why it's so hard for companies to jack up their security. These thieves have hit one Circuit City store SEVEN TIMES in one month. I mean, haven't they've had enough? These are my ideas, and some might cost some money...

First of all, the company should have an employer be at the door "greeting" people. If any of the three thieves walk through the doors, we know one person will have  a description of how they look. And so if an act of theft will occur, you can count on one, or more, people to have a picture of the people in their mind.

Secondly, maybe they (the company) should have more employees walking up and down the isles. They can help more customers, bringing good "reviews" and be able to spot any suspicious people. Then they should get others to follow the "suspicious ones"  so those people won't remember their faces. More security will lead to less robberies.

Central_Middle, what you suggest is too much logic for large corporations to handle. When you get older you will find that not all students who graduate for college and have a degree in business, are logical.
Some people may know the field they chose, most of them have blinders on, they can only see straight ahead. Other things tend to throw them, and they need lots of help in the end. Knowlegeable people are not always your smartest people. However, school and a proper education forward, is one means of becoming a better person.. the other is to think logically like you did in your question...and never stop.. always think before you act, then slowly proceed.

Big name companies don't use logic. That's their problem. USE THE BRAINS IN YOUR HEAD >_<

Central_Middle , I myself live but 12 - 14 miles from the Natick store , and have been there numerous times. This store is sooo under staffed because they really don't pay much per hour , nor do they do much business. Also they are located on Rte. 9 east and there is quick easy access to Rte. 30 and the Mass Pike (both within a 4 mile radius).

I also agree that a large company actually using logic IS too logical.
