Morning all....

Apparently I'm quoting New Kids on the Block today! Jim Armstrong (filling in for Doug Meehan) pointed that out to me earlier this morning.

I was referring to the clouds- they will be tough to break totally- but look for a few bright spots and breaks of blue over the course of the day. At least the rain has stopped! 'Step by Step'.... right! :)

Speaking of NKOTB... I'm dating myself here- BUT I will admit to being a fan back in the day. I actually won tickets off the radio (one of the few things I've ever won in my life) and dragged one of the 'cool' neighborhood boys (he was in a 'rock band' at the time) with me- much to his embarrassment! I was in Junior High and 'New Kids' were relatively new at the time- it was one of the first concerts I ever went to.

Funny how life changes. This Friday night when NKOTB were in town... I had a quiet night at home with the hubby and my boys... and then fell asleep during the presidential debate. I'd been up since 2am- it wasn't about content- really!

Oh gosh, Cindy, my wife and I went to last night's show! Like you, she was a huge fan back in the day, and last night I played the part of the "drag-along husband". I will admit, though, the Kids, err, guys put on a very entertaining show. Her favorite "Kid" Jonathan was on the other side of the stage all night, to her disappointment.

To play along this song game, the rain and clouds seemed to last FOREVER this weekend, I'm glad the sunshine is finally returning. For the work week, no less!

PS I saw NKOTB at the Kiss108 concert this year and loved feeling like a kid myself all over again....and got to enjoy it with my two daughters.

YOU are not dating yourself! dating yourself would be me not even recalling that song as I go a little further back than you, when boy groups were more like Aerosmith.

Cindy your not dating yourself! Its funny how for all these years I was picked on because the first concert I ever went to was NKOTB when I was 10 years old. Now that they're making a comeback, I guess its "cool" again that I actually went to one of their concerts back in the day!

I hope your co-workers apologized for those comments about the cow comparison! I thought you look rather sharp and professional as always! I realize they are joking but that was crazy!

They also know you are simply "too nice" to give it back to them but I would love to see you render them speechless. Then we would all get a break!

Cindy this is dating me back. I went to high school with two of them. I followed them till they ended and if u look at my year book one of them was sitting infront of me. Now as far as the Guys making fun of u for the cow incident I hope that u get them good :)

Cindy, I just can't understand why you don't stand tuff and tell these guys off when the they tease you !all you'd have to do is do that a couple of times then they would start on somebody else........by the way, hope you had a " happy birthday "
