Hey VB, Jessie Soprano an his push/rainbow coalition in the early 80's I worked across the street from the Prudential Building for a type house...the RAINBOW COALITION headquarters office was across the hall an Jessi Soprano an his body guards showed up visiting the Boston headquarters....his Crew scared the hell of me....they looked liked they could [shiv] you if you looked at Jessie the wrong way....You have to admit Jessie had the whole shiv move down pat didnt he...LOL!!!
Jessie Soprano could easily play the role of a American Gangster or a be a part time Moil for the Obama Campaign.....LOL!!!

I'm not buying this was a MISTAKE by Jessie Jackson... this right out of the play book of Jesse Jackson and his crew they strong arming people an groups, corporations and other politicians thats how he  makes his money......he will for a price come to your aid to protect you against others like the media as a buffer to make peace with his brothers........dont be surprised if this was all planned by the Obama campaign an Jessie Soprano its also right out of Al Sharpton's play book too....A NEGATIVE LIKE NEUTERING OBAMA plays well for the Obama campaign....yes?

It's sad that a person who makes a comment all of a sudden not popular hides behind the "oops, my mike was on and i didn't know", line. Man/woman up and take responsibility for yourself, most times we already have figured out your not perfect anyway.

I agree, I think that Jesse knew the mike was still hot and said that on purpose. Strong remarks that I personally wouldn't take lightly, but Obama just let it pass. Weak!!

Their was a lot more bad words spoken that the media won't let us hear, so far anyway.

He may have known the mike was on. It seems that many of the issues he made fuss over, have been resolved. He is needed less and this is hurting his gross income. Could be he is trying to get attention.

I for one am thankful for his comments. Jay Leno's show the last two nights, have been the funiest in years. Leno went to town with material on this.

Jessie, probably did this to get Obama's attention....Jessie always tries to strong arm people and front runners in the Democratic party around this time of national elections....he a sort of political extortionist........either for money or power an recognition....that hes a power player an you need to recognize it in his mind....

Jessie Jackson has been quiet...too quiet to suit him. So he has to get back on the news cycle. There is the ego thing between Al Sharpton and him to where they have to be in the news to think they are relavent.
Of course, they need to go back to being quiet and have Jimmy Carter and the Clintons go with them!!!

Some things are worth fighting for."FREEDOM IS NOT FREE" I was a Die hard liberal for 35+ years and was indoctrinated into liberalism in Brookline Madras in my high school years during the Vietnam War conflict... Once I moved into the rural areas and learned to see self reliance in the people the towns folk, an I had a political sort of metamorphosis, and a philosophical shift. I settled down in Quabbin area about 15 years ago. I teach Plein Air Watercolour and have painting workshops. A former Boston Rocker during the 70's and Blues player in the 80's an 90's and learned Photography with a box camera...... The woods and forest are my hunting & spiritual grounds, an the streams an brooks, lakes are my fishing grounds, I spend alot of time walking the ridges through Wick-QuaBoag Valley......an enjoying the wild life that uses my yard as a pathway to their stars the 1,000 ft ridge, and not surprised to see a [Fisher cat] drop out of the trees in my backyard while painting watercolours at my house abutting the forest an swamp and of course Deer, Bobcat, Coyotes, Black Bear, Otter playing in the snow an Mink near the brook in my yard, Eagles, Turkeys, Canadian Snow Owl and local Owls, Hawks and of course the Beaver.
