This was not I, but I support it's proclamation.     To the People of the United States of America,   I am writing today because no one has asked my opinion in any poll. No candidate has sought my
vote, and no lobbyist taken up my cause. It seems that of all of the "special interests" in America,
mine is forgotten - unworthy of notice by politicians, activists, media commentators, and the press.   It may be because I am neither a Republican nor a Democrat, nor represented by lobbyists for the
disabled, senior citizens, minorities, trade unions, nor any other lobby. In fact, I am not a member of
any group whatsoever.
I am the individual. Our Constitution was written to protect me from the majority. I am the victim of Democracy, which has overwhelmed the safeguards of the old Republic and replaced the Republic
with mob rule. I am raising my voice now, while I am still able to raise it, if for no other reason than
to let posterity know that I was still here when the ruins of our Republic are examined.
I have lived my life in a country that proclaims itself to the world to be the "land of the free," but
have watched my freedoms erode. The most basic right I had – ownership of the fruits of my labor –
has been taken from me. Now, politicians argue over what portion of my labor will purchase medical
care for the poor and elderly, what portion will pay social security, what portion will educate other
people’s children, and what paltry sum I will be allowed to keep so that I may go out tomorrow and
work another day.
I once lived in a country which recognized my right to do as I pleased, as long as I did not violate
the rights of others. Now, mountains of laws and regulations have been passed in the perverse effort
to prevent me from having even the opportunity to commit a crime. As a result, I am rendered
paralyzed, as there is almost no action that I can take, beyond rising from my bed, that cannot be
construed by someone to be a crime or violation.
More of my property is seized to support grand adventures in foreign lands, where my government
spreads "freedom" through the cross hairs of its guns. My government’s invasion of countries that
pose no military threat to us whatsoever has made me hated throughout the world, merely for being
an American, and helped enslave my children to unserviceable debts.   Most ominously, even the legal protections of my person have been revoked in the name of
protecting my fellow citizens against "terrorism."
While the Constitution guarantees me sound money, as only gold and silver shall be legal tender, I
am nevertheless forced to use the worthless paper notes of a private banking cartel that decreases
their value daily, providing me no safe store of value to save for my future. To aid financial
speculators who produce nothing whatsoever, the volume of these notes is increased out of all
reason whenever these gamblers and thieves stand to suffer a loss. As a result, the purchasing
power of this slave currency is constantly decreased, widening the gap between rich and poor, and
destroying the middle class. I am left with no practical means to participate in free trade and civil
society.
I give my fellow citizens the benefit of the doubt, and believe that they have merely forgotten what
the true nature and purpose of government is. I remind them that government is nothing more than
the collective use of force – and that the use of force is never justified except in defense. It is, by definition, a last resort. Government has almost limitless power, but very few rights. It has no right
to do anything beyond protecting my life and my freedom.
Government has no right to provide for the needy with monies extorted at gunpoint from its citizens.
I will gladly work with my fellow citizens to help those in need, once I have a choice. In the
meantime, I demand that my labor cease to be taken from me without my consent.

Government has no right to bring freedom to the oppressed by initiating force. I remind my fellow
Citizens that all of the tyrants of history justified their conquests under the false guise of
"liberation." I will gladly stand with my countrymen to fight any foreign power that truly threatens
Us, but I demand that my government immediately cease to invade foreign countries in my name.

Government has no right to "manage the economy."Trade is only truly trade when it is free – the
result of exchanges between people by mutual, voluntary consent. There is no role for government
in this whatsoever. I demand that my right to trade freely with my fellow citizens and citizens abroad
be respected and no longer subject to inspection or interference.
Government has no right to "prevent crime." It may only punish activities that are truly criminal, and those are relatively few compared to the ocean of laws and regulations that have been passed. I
demand that any law prohibiting an act that does not directly harm another person be repealed,
along with any law that prohibits unpopular thoughts or speech. Neither the threat of terrorism,
poverty, natural disaster, nor epidemic justifies the surrender of one ounce of liberty. I demand that
habeas corpus be restored.
Finally, government has no right to rob me of my property by forcing me to use paper currency
whose value is subject to its whim. I demand that gold and silver no longer be taxed as capital gain
if it rises in price relative to paper currency.   While I owe my fellow citizens nothing in return for heeding these demands, I nevertheless offer a
thousand-fold in return. My fellow citizens are running out of fossil fuel – I will discover a new,
renewable energy source.
Our planet is growing crowded – I will unlock the secrets of traveling to
others. The productive members of our society will soon be outnumbered by those less able or
unable to produce any longer – I will feed them all. For it was I – the free individual – that gave you
everything you have. It was I that invented the telephone, the automobile, the airplane, and the
computer. It was I that devised methods to produce mass amounts of goods, making them affordable
and available to everyone. It was I that devised a system of government where the rule of the
jungle was replaced by the rule of just laws.
In return for restoring my rights, you will again free my creative power to give you more than you
can possibly imagine, and solve problems which you are unable to solve without me. I ask nothing
more in return, for it is no more my right to make claims upon my fellow citizens than it is their right
to make claims upon me. I hereby waive any supposed "entitlement" to public welfare, medical care,
retirement benefits, or any other benefit that requires coercion of my fellow citizens to provide it. In
return I demand that my liberty be restored. As I believe that I am the last individual left on earth, I
do not believe that my tax money will be missed. However, if there are other individuals besides me
that would claim their freedom as well, I invite them to join me, and to them I pledge my life, my
fortune, and my sacred honor

Weapons of mass distruction have been found.Right here in the US.Its called "Your Federal Government".Along with your state Gov't.Look into our past. How we have changed in the way we do things in Washington DC.From how they vote for things that concern only themselves.Their pay raises, how much to tax 'us' ,tell us what we can or can't do.What we can eat and drink. If we can smoke or not. What we can wear for cloths and what they can say on them. How we can pray in schools, who we can't talk about in prayer in public. They make promisses all over the place during the elections.Fail to keep less than 5.Then blaim us.They put in this housing thing before the last elections. How many people are loosing their homes? Then blaim it on us when the lenders where TOLD to do this.We are making enough money to pay a morgage, but can't come up with the down payment.certain lender go out and say not to worry,we can get you in with less than 1% down. For a family wanting outof an apartment into a home of their own.Lenders PUSHED by the gov't promissing so much. The all of a sudden-the housing market crashes. The home is now worth 25% or more, less than it was bought for. They as well as me got tricked into this.Thinking we could do it.Can afford the payments, but then 6months later finding out how the number were shrunk down and the escrows miscalculated. But thats the fault of us not the gov't or banks.I was doing ok until the banks/lenders started calling my house and got us thinking about home ownership. The gov't has told the banks to create help for the foreclosure issues caused by the lenders and the gov't so called funding practices. But that it is our fault not theirs. Now with the fuel prices going thru the roof and houses falling thru the floor, unemploymet starting to get worse as well. With the Gas compaies call for a 4 million profit from last quarter.Do I need to say more about that? With the Canadian dollar 30 plus cents over ours,2- billions of dollar mistakes going on 1/2 a world apart-IRAC/Texas.Trillion for Irac.Worse economic standing in our history.2 democrats that can't pull it together for their party.Everybody putting down the republican party.Neither wants to step up and say the truth behind whats wrong but who did it.Blaming it on you,me.So,to ask the question,Where Are The "Real" Weapons of Mass Distruction!

They thought they were in Irac.I'd say In Washington and your local State Gov't.

Looking at our past,I see a needed change. We are almost out of oil.In the next few years we will be looking at over $160 a barrel for crued oil.We are at $105 now.(At least that.)I remember $.65 per gal or less in the 70's. About 40 cents for a pack o butts. With so many SUV's out there getting 15 MPG,Hummers, etc. I think America needs to wake up.We are using about 85million barrels a day in the US.WHY?You have trucks bringing food to the stores, etc.Prices going up day to day.If we drill in the North,it only pushes out the end times of oil about 50 years at best.4billion at best barrels have been guessed at in the Northern American Continent.Doing the math it gives us around 40 to 50 years. At 4billion devided by 85million(aday)you only get about 50 years(.But "YOU" won't be alive then)We need to look at better fuel opptions.Hydro for starters. There are so many other opptions out there. We do have fuel tanks in our country that are set aside for war time usage.Bombers,Fighters,Tanks,ETC...With the current admin. should we take from that system?Think about it before you answer.I give you 25 gal of gas to use for 1 week.Do you go on a drive into the mountains and use 1/2 of it or save it for work?I hope you(we) are smart enough to realise the waste factors. You spend or save? The Soudies are building their wealth because they know they are almost out of oil. This is their "money' running out.(INCOME)...We need to face that fact,we are going to run out of oil in the next 50 to (100 )years at best.Get ready for a $100 to $200 gas tank!!!We are there now on some SUVs/PU Trucks.

What has happened to our world? When our little children are treated in the manner this little boy was in Ma?How this Child of GOD was abused by both the parents as well as by DSS.When a child cries out for help, school nurses call out for help? When DSS is told about abuse and they do nothing? This is SAD.When people are telling them about abuse and they do nothing.'BUT',they step in with guns ablazin if you smoke in a house or car withchildren crying out abuse. But do nothing when they use those butts to burn them.I am confused...I do understand that DSS can be a little misconscrewed on matters concerning children and abuse. There ARE times when they interviene when they shouldn't as well as times they don't when they should.Sometimes they do get it right,I can't dispute that...Look into some of their past indeavers that they got bombarded with insult about taking children out of a home, placing some into foster care that was just as bad as the homes they where removed from. This is a messy situation,a tangled web of what is right in the best for the children.Should the children be removed from the abusive home,YES!!!But carefully, very carefully. The emotional distress can sometimes be just as bad as the physical abuse.Am I defending them,NO.Giving them excuses for their actions,NO.What I am saying is that the Court system along with DSS need to addressthis in a careful manner...Both the parents where WRONG,they did not treat the children in this home the way a parent should. If we look at this in a Chritian way,The Bible talks about how we should treat our children along with how we should treat our parents. Both in the Old Test. and New Test...Examples:  http://www.bibletopics.com/family.htm     Here you will find what God and Jesus say about how we should act as Parents and as Children. There was a statement said by Jesus about hurting children. We need to protect them in life, teach them and punish them when needed. But not 'ABUSE' them.

Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul.

Proverbs 29:17
The eye [that] mocketh at [his] father, and despiseth to obey [his] mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, and the young eagles shall eat it.

Proverbs 30:17

But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 19:14
And he took them up in his arms, put [his] hands upon them, and blessed them.

Mark 10:16

We need to be careful on how we treat the little ones, for they are our future...Some of you may not believe in God and Jesus. That is your right. But there are some of us that do,thats our right.God will Judge these parents in his own way,but he requires us to follow the law. These parents need to be punished as it is written in the laws.In the Court /Legal System. You can respond if you want,I will not judge you if you disagree.I just hope that the PC Police do not delete  the statements above...May God Bless thess little ones!!!

I read this and cried.I'm not too proud to say it!!!I CRIED!!!I wish the people of the world 'knew' how it feels to be a soldier. What goes thru their mind and soul.

   TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS,
   HE LIVED ALL ALONE,
IN A ONE BEDROOM HOUSE MADE OF
   PLASTER AND STONE.

I HAD COME DOWN THE CHIMNEY
   WITH PRESENTS TO GIVE,
   AND TO SEE JUST WHO
   IN THIS HOME DID LIVE.

   I LOOKED ALL ABOUT,
A STRANGE SIGHT I DID SEE,
   NO TINSEL, NO PRESENTS,
   NOT EVEN A TREE.

   NO STOCKING BY MANTLE,
   JUST BOOTS FILLED WITH SAND,
   ON THE WALL HUNG PICTURES
   OF FAR DISTANT LANDS.

   WITH MEDALS AND BADGES,
   AWARDS OF ALL KINDS,
   A SOBER THOUGHT
   CAME THROUGH MY MIND.

   FOR THIS HOUSE WAS DIFFERENT,
   IT WAS DARK AND DREARY,
I FOUND THE HOME OF A SOLDIER,
   ONCE I COULD SEE CLEARLY.

   THE SOLDIER LAY SLEEPING,
   SILENT, ALONE,
   CURLED UP ON THE FLOOR
   IN THIS ONE BEDROOM HOME.

   THE FACE WAS SO GENTLE,
   THE ROOM IN SUCH DISORDER,
   NOT HOW I PICTURED
   A UNITED STATES SOLDIER.

   WAS THIS THE HERO
   OF WHOM I'D JUST READ?
   CURLED UP ON A PONCHO,
   THE FLOOR FOR A BED?

   I REALIZED THE FAMILIES
   THAT I SAW THIS NIGHT,
OWED THEIR LIVES TO THESE SOLDIERS
   WHO WERE WILLING TO FIGHT.

   SOON ROUND THE WORLD,
   THE CHILDREN WOULD PLAY,
   AND GROWNUPS WOULD CELEBRATE
   A BRIGHT CHRISTMAS DAY.

   THEY ALL ENJOYED FREEDOM
   EACH MONTH OF THE YEAR,
   BECAUSE OF THE SOLDIERS,
   LIKE THE ONE LYING HERE.

   I COULDN'T HELP WONDER
   HOW MANY LAY ALONE,
   ON A COLD CHRISTMAS EVE
IN A LAND FAR FROM HOME.

   THE VERY THOUGHT
BROUGHT A TEAR TO MY EYE,
   I DROPPED TO MY KNEES
   AND STARTED TO CRY.

   THE SOLDIER AWAKENED
AND I HEARD A ROUGH VOICE,
   "SANTA DON'T CRY,
   THIS LIFE IS MY CHOICE;

   I FIGHT FOR FREEDOM,
   I DON'T ASK FOR MORE,
   MY LIFE IS MY GOD,
   MY COUNTRY, MY CORPS."

   THE SOLDIER ROLLED OVER
   AND DRIFTED TO SLEEP,
   I COULDN'T CONTROL IT,
   I CONTINUED TO WEEP.

   I KEPT WATCH FOR HOURS,
   SO SILENT AND STILL
   AND WE BOTH SHIVERED
   FROM THE COLD NIGHT'S CHILL.

   I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE
   ON THAT COLD, DARK, NIGHT,
   THIS GUARDIAN OF HONOR
   SO WILLING TO FIGHT.

   THEN THE SOLDIER ROLLED OVER,
WITH A VOICE SOFT AND PURE,
   WHISPERED, "CARRY ON SANTA,
IT'S CHRISTMAS DAY, ALL IS SECURE."

   ONE LOOK AT MY WATCH,
AND I KNEW HE WAS RIGHT.
   "MERRY CHRISTMAS MY FRIEND,
AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT."

This poem was written by a Marine stationed in Okinawa Japan. The
following is his request. I think it is reasonable.....

PLEASE. Would you do me the kind favor of sending this to as many people as you can? Christmas will be coming soon and some credit is due to our U.S. service men and women for our being able to celebrate these festivities.

Let's try in this small way to pay a tiny bit of what we owe. Make people stop and think of our heroes, living and dead, who sacrificed themselves for us. Please, do your small part to plant this small seed.

What I Am!

$104,655.60 Ad in the Washington Post

Here is someone with the money to fund a rebuttal to what Howard Dean,
Democratic National Committee Chairman, said recently that many Republican
have never done an honest day's work in their life. The following full page
ad was placed in the Washington Post by a businessman named George J.
Esseff, Sr. He paid $104,655.60 to run the ad and only did it because he is
sick and tired of the way that "the rich" are portrayed by liberals these
days. It is a great read.

**********************************

Maybe you're a Republican?

In today's America ask a growing number of high school and college students,
their teachers and professors, the self-anointed media elite and/or hard
working men and women of all ethnicities, the question, "What is a
Republican?" and you'll be told ".. a rich, greedy, egotistical individual,
motivated only by money and the desire to accumulate more and more of it, at
the expense of the environment, the working poor....and all whom they
exploit..."

I am a Republican - And I am none of those things....and I don't know any
Republicans who are!

WHAT I AM first and foremost, is a loving husband of some 52 plus years, the
father of four and an American who's proud of his country...and his
country's heritage

WHAT I AM is the grandson of immigrants who risked every-thing, including
their lives and those of their children, to escape tyranny in search of
freedom.

WHAT I AM is a man who grew up during the Depression and witnessed first
hand the effects of the Stock Market crash and the soup lines that followed.
I watched as both my parents and grand parents, who had very little
themselves, share what food they had with a half dozen other families, who
had even less.

WHAT I AM is someone who worked his way through college by holding down
three and four jobs at a time and then used that education to build a better
life.

WHAT I AM is a husband who at age 24 started his own business for the
"privilege" of working 60, 70 and 80 hours a week, risking everything I had
including my health, in search of a better life for myself and my loved
ones.

WHAT I AM is a businessman whose blood, sweat and tears....and plenty of
them..., made it possible for me to provide a secure living not only for my
family and myself, but also for literally hundreds of my employees
throughout the years. Employees who in turn were able to buy their own
homes, raise their own families and give back to their communities and their
country.

WHAT I AM is a man who believes in God; a God who has blessed this
country... and all for which it stands.

WHAT I AM is someone who knows, if you doubt miracles exist in today's
world, you need only to look into the face of those who received them....and
the eyes of those who give them.

WHAT I AM is an American who's proud that his President embraces a belief in
God; proud of a President who understands, as "politically incorrect" as it
may be, there is evil in this world and for the security and safety of all
freedom loving people everywhere, it must be confronted...and it must be
defeated.

WHAT I AM is an American who takes comfort in the knowledge that our
President refuses to allow decisions concerning the very safety and security
of this nation, to be governed by the political whims of foreign
governments.

WHAT I AM is tired of hearing from leading Democrats who see only negativity
in America; racism in her people; class warfare in her society and
"political incorrectness" in her character.

WHAT I AM is a former democrat who now understands that it is the soldier
and not the reporter that guarantees us our freedoms of press, speech and
dissent.

WHAT I AM is a man who believes in the sanctity of life. A man who is
repulsed by the pandering of the political left for votes, at the expense of
the unborn.

WHAT I AM is a husband and father who believes in the sanctity of marriage
and the preservation of the family unit.

WHAT I AM is a ex-movie goer who is repulsed by those insecure, socially
inept, elementary thinking, ego-inflated "entertainers" who have appointed
themselves "experts" in the fields of national security and geo-politics and
then use their forum to attack this nation, its leaders and its
actions....much to the delight and encouragement of our enemies.

WHAT I AM is an American who understands the difference between "censorship"
and "choice." Evidently, these individuals do not, because when these same
"celebrities" receive public ridicule for their offensive actions, the first
thing they yell is "censorship." What they seem incapable of understanding
is...the right of free speech and dissent is shared equally by those
offended...as well as those who offend. I support and will continue to
support those films and performers whom I choose to and refuse to support
those I don't. It is my right as an American a right I will continue to
enthusiastically exercise.

WHAT I AM is a voter, tired of politicians who ever time their voting
records are subjected to public scrutiny, try to divert attention from their
political and legislative failures by accusing their opponents of "attack
ads" and "negative campaigning"....and the news media who allow them to get
away with it.

WHAT I AM is a Catholic who loves his God and his Faith....and who's been
taught to respect all religions whose teachings are based in love, peace and
charity. As such, I am embarrassed and ashamed of those individuals in both
private and public life whose decisions and actions are devoid of any sense
of character or morals; individuals who are only driven by what's best for
them....rather than what's right... often times at the expense of
many....including our national security.
WHAT I AM is a realist who understands that the terrorist attack that
murdered hundreds of innocent Russian children could have occurred here, in
our heartland. That's why I sincerely believe America needs now, more than
ever, a President who sees with a clear and focused vision and who speaks
with a voice when heard by both friend and foe alike is understood,
respected and believed.

WHAT I AM is eternally grateful to Ronald Reagan for having the bravery to
speak out against Communism and the courage of his convictions in leading
the fight to defeat it; and George W. Bush for the vision, courage,
conviction and leadership he has shown in America's war on terrorism amidst
both the constant and vicious, personal and political attacks both he and
his family are made to endure.

WHAT I AM is a human being, full of numerous faults and failures, but a man
nonetheless who though not always successful has continually strived to do
"what's right" instead of "what's easy." A man who is challenging the
religious leaders of all faiths, to not only preach to their congregations
the fundamentals of "what's right" and "what's wrong," but to also then hold
them accountable for their actions in both the public and private sectors.

WHAT I AM is disgusted with the Courts who on one hand call the murder of a
pregnant woman a "double homicide," but then refer to the abortion of her
baby as "pro-choice".

WHAT I AM is someone deeply troubled by a political party which embraces a
candidate whose primary "leadership" qualities center around his protesting
of the Vietnam war and his labeling the honorable men and women who fought
in it, (50,000 of whom gave their lives in that action), as rapists, and war
criminals (John Kerry). That same political party then stepped forward this
year to block the appearance of a true Vietnam war hero, retired Admiral and
former United States Senator, Jeremiah Denton, (a man who spent seven years
and seven torturous months in a North Vietnam prison), from speaking before
an open session of the California legislature as part of that state's 4th of
July celebration. The reason Democrats gave for refusing to allow this
American hero to speak before their state legislature was because of the
"conservative" nature of his views. As an American, that troubles me
deeply....as well it should you. (Are you listening Mr. D?)

WHAT I AM is a man who feels the need to spend, ONE HUNDRED
& FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED & FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($104, 655.60, tax paid) of his own money, to purchase this
advertisement, in order to set the story straight. Some may say this money
would have been better spent feeding the world's poor. At the risk of
sounding self-serving, as an American and as a Republican, for the last
six decades of my life, I have done exactly that...and more. Following
the examples of my parents and grand parents, I have used my earnings
to feed the poor, shelter the homeless, provide housing for the elderly
and medical care for the sick.....and continue to do so...and I'm not
alone in that work.

WHAT I AM is someone who is paying for this announcement at my sole expense
in hopes of opening the eyes of those led blindly by ill-informed elements
of our great nation, who, through either ignorance, or malicious intent,
repeatedly attack and belittle those of us who belong to a political party
that holds true to the belief, "The rights of the governed, exceed the power
of the government." For those interested, I am speaking only as a
tax-paying individual who is in no way associated with the Republican
National Committee, nor with any of its directors, or delegates.

WHAT I AM is a man who understands, "the American way of life" is a message
of self-empowerment for all.

WHAT I AM is an American who is grateful that our nation gives each of us
the opportunity of self-determination and the right to benefit from the
fruits of self achievement.

WHAT I AM is an American who wants to preserve that way of life for all who
seek it.

WHAT I AM is blessed to be an American.... and proud to be a Republican.

I am watching a movie called "Man Of The Year".

It is about electing a new president. It has Robin Williams in it.

I think we need to re-evaluate our polititions. From the President to your local town officals. He talks about accountability. As we should.About health care.As we should.About special interests,as we should.About next generation fuels. As we should. We have about 50 more years(or less) of oil.The only people getting wealthy are over in the Middle East. You complain about Bush being in bed with the oil special interests.Mabe he is,but if you feel there is an issue...Then its really time to think about the statements raised in this movie. If you never saw it,I suggest you do.You might get a new sence of your polititians.I did.And whats in my childrens future. And  whats in America's future is what we should be thinking/talking about.

We need to focus on the strengths of our country, not bring it down. What is going to be next,if we keep fighting internally, the terrorist win.Lets join together,Be a Nation STRONG.Require The people in office as well as the ones wanting to be in office account for themselves.Your Constitution demands it.Lets get up off lhe lazy boy and be what JFK suggested in the 60's.

"ASK NOT WHAT YOUR COUNTRY CAN DO FOR YOU,BUT WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR COUNTRY".

There are people out there who are blaming the Bush adm. for this war in Irac. That he lied about the facts presented to his administration. The link above is what the ClintonAdm. stated along with the democratic party members.

I am against war.But sometimes we need to go to war to protect our country. If it means going over seas to keep them off our shores and boarders.Bush may have streached the truth alittle bit,but what politition has never done that?

Subject:

We The People of the United States

This guy should run for President !

The following has been attributed to

State Representative Mitchell Aye from GA.

"We the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid more riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of debt free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great-grandchildren, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, and other liberal bed-wetters.

We hold these truths to be self evident: that a whole lot of people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so dim they require a Bill of NON-Rights."

ARTICLE I:

You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV, or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.

ARTICLE II:

You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone -- not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will be.

ARTICLE III:

You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful, do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.

ARTICLE IV:

You do not have the right to free food and housing.

Americans are the most charitable people to be found and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes.

ARTICLE V:

You do not have the right to free health care. That would be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we're just not interested in public health care.

ARTICLE VI:

You do not have the right to physically harm other people.

If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.

ARTICLE VII:

You do not have the right to the possessions of others.

If you rob, cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where you still won't have the right to a big screen color TV or a life of leisure.

ARTICLE VIII:

You do not have the right to a job. All of us sure want you to have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful.

ARTICLE IX:

You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness which, by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.

ARTICLE X:

This is an English speaking country.

We don't care where you are from,

English is our language.

Learn it or go back to wherever you came from!

(lastly....)

ARTICLE XI:

You do not have the right to change our country's history or heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one true God. And yet, you are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any faith, or no faith at all; with no fear of persecution. The phrase IN GOD WE TRUST is part of our heritage and history and if you are uncomfortable with it, TOUGH!!!!

If you agree, share this with a friend. No, you don't have to, and nothing tragic will befall you if you don't. I just think it's about time common sense is allowed to flourish.

Sensible people of the United States speak out because if you don't, insensible people will.

What has happened to respect? The rules tought in "our past" about respect?

I remember days when thankyou was required and expected after you do something for someone. What happened? You open a door for someone out of being respectful. When you are passing somebody in a hallway,we got out of the middle so both could pass without bumping into each other. What has happened? When we as children wanted someting we "asked" with a please attatched to it.What happened? If we didnot get it we didn't trow a temper tantrum,What happened? We did not have a "TV" in every room in the house,What happened? We sat at the table and had supper together as a "FAMILY",what happened? We wore cloths that didn't hang to our knees showing our under garments,What happened? We didn't go out in public in our pajamas,What happened? When our "parents" told us to do something,we did it.What happened? I DON"T KNOW?Are we that lazy, not to be parents? We want kids, have kids but don't want to teach the "RESPECT".What happened?

This is a question bothering me.Why?We complain about children with guns, drugs, gangs, etc. Why?I was watching a comedy with Wooppi talking about this. Was on Bravo this morning. We have taken everything about respect out of our kids lives. We have removed "GOD" from our walls, the pledge, even some posts in bloggs. Its ok to wear a shirt about satin and devil worship, but wear one about GOD,(And lets see if this is printed,)"Jesus." you get a fine or the ACLU gets involved. You can't wear it in school, pray in school, put GOD in any form in a public place. But you can about Satin and Devil worship.WHY?Its no wonder to me our kids and Gov. is/are going down to the gutter. We  want respect as an person, but refuse to teach it to our kids. Our Government allows this to happen,WHY?We aren't allowed to disapline ourkids,WHY?But when something happens we are to blame,Why?when a kid breaks the law, shoots someone, drives drunk,on drugs whos to blame...the parents. Why?Think about those questions and tell me WHY!PLEASE!...What Happened To Respect.

I Love "AMERICA"!!!Hate war.But this self centered I,ME,MY Gov. we have allowed to prosper needs to DIE!!!I have been in the armed service, had friends in it too.HAVE friends that were in "NAM".Some died, some are alive. That is why I'm writing this.So understand me as a person that has values.

To fast foward to present day,not forgetting vietnam vets;THANKYOU by the way with all my love and respect to you and all you gave to me and "our" country. All That you lost,I will never forget!!!.We may have lost the war but not the battles!!!

That so called camera caring wanna-be John Kerry;Get a clue.YOUR cia, fbi, intell people told "YOUR" President,V.P.Senent,Congress,etc ...WE have a problem. This also goes out to the"DRUNK" driver that evaded jail time for "KILLING" a young lady in the 60's.!!!!!!!WAKE UP!!!!!!!

This is not the land of confusion.Unless You inhaled.I'll bet a buck that there are people that agree with me and other blogs similar to this.I am a lil'bit upset with our policies concerning illegal imigration, war policies, gov. support to the ones "PROTECTING" your bank accounts.Welfare reform, etc. But I'll bet they never see or read these or any other "OPINIONS"concerning what the people"REALLY" want. This is the rule.Remember, you were hired by us in an election, you "CAN" be fired. But we need to realize WE have the power to do so.But this nation has become a WEAK one.If our for fathers came back today, what would they say???or do??? I'd say go nuts,Shaking there heads, asking "WHAT HAPPENED"???How could you let this happen???Removing "GOD" from anything???WHY!!!???They would ask : How Dare You RE-WRITE the constitution to fit "YOUR" idea of how "WE" wrote it???!!!This is 1 NATION OF THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE.We have cried wolf so many times,no wonder terrorists laugh at us when we say something. Pres. Bush (like him or not) took the information he was given, stood before the "UN" and reminded them of what has happened under there sanctions...NOTHING!!! Irac laughed and flipped everyone the bird.Does anyone think about that.NO.Only whats in"THERE"own intrests .People die in wars,I am sorry.I have 2 boys, will they have to go?I would hate to put one of them in the ground, but if I did I would be proud of them for defending me,my country, and "YOU".
