Can you please explain to me what involvement the Dover PD has in this? Or why they have victims because of this? Or why they are in any way responsible for this?

Am I missing something in this story?

Like to read, a lot. Very observant of current events and spend (probably too much) time reading every news source I can get a hold of about current events. Non partisan. Pro logic, clarity between the way right and the way left. Like the Morning News a lot!
