It's true. OK, I have only been heavily into research for the past 8 years. However, I am happy, right now, this state has a governor I am proud of. Here is my short "casino winer" response. One Response to “We hear casinos, we think ‘tasteful’”

Well,l if Romney did not bankrupt the state with oozing one hit wonder moral platitudes and his own lack of in sight into what anyone who makes lower than $190,000/year lives are- there would be no big dig travesty, health care crisis and rising accidental/criminal firearm deaths. Deval has actually taken TIME and consideration into this- if anything it will provide a much needed onslaught of employment for the middle class. Hundreds of thousands of Mass. residents leave the state for the big casino resorts- if there is all ready a market for consumers that enjoy throwing money away let’s have it be our state. The gas money gamblers will save paired with a new market of employment is A Good thing. It’s an ugly truth, but our governor used a new strategy of “reading proposals” before enacting them. It’s really not about gambling, at all

The morals here are revenue generation. To the highest bidder go the licenses, to the rest of this does nothing! Will it lower my taxes **** NO. Will it roll back the income tax that was voted on by the people of this state NAA. So whats the point WE HAVE TO PAY THE PENSIONS OF THESE FAT ******** ON BEACON HILL NOTHING MORE!!!!

You have to pay the pensions of who?
My generation needs to make sure we have a qualified leader who will turn things around as far as what our quality of life will be when we are old. Right now I am paying for social security that will never help me. Older generations don't want to think outside of the box because why should they? They are taken care of.

"Right now I am paying for social security that will never help me. "

That's funny you make that statement... considering Mitt Romney is the only candidate who has actually stated the intention of fixing social security, by privatizing it so us youth can invest in our own retirement at a higher rate of return. Yet, you've based Romney... ON ISSUES ROMNEY HELPED SOLVE!!

Healthcare? Romney created the nation's only successfully functioning universal healthcare plan.

Bankrupting? Romney took over from a $3B deficit, and created a $2B surplus, that the Dem. legislature squandered.

and the rest of it... it's all nonsense! I'll try to give you a pass, since you've only been following this for 8 years, but please learn something about this before talking.

Like to read, a lot. Very observant of current events and spend (probably too much) time reading every news source I can get a hold of about current events. Non partisan. Pro logic, clarity between the way right and the way left. Like the Morning News a lot!
