Viewers -- and especially KISS 108 listeners -- wanted to give you the latest from our incredible front row view of the all the convention craziness.

We saw lots of tears for Ted Kennedy Monday night. I was down on the floor with Massachusetts delegates and saw congressmen -- and even Mayor Menino -- having trouble keeping it together.

Whether you're a fan of Kennedy or not, and many aren't, it was one of the most powerful moments I've seen in politics because Kennedy is battling such a serious illness. This goes beyond partisan politics or just a speech. Kennedy was clearly suffering from the effects of chemo and brain tumor, but gave a pretty rousing speech.

Wish you could have been there. It's hard to describe because you don't see stuff like this any more, especially in conventions.

Did you watch Kennedy and what did you think?

I thought I disagreed with him mightily, and respected him greatly.

Yes I watched. But Joe, I know how much he has done in his political life, maybe that is his way of making amends for his downfall personally.
Yes I am sure he is suffering greatly, just as MaryJo did. He has lived to comb white hair as his brothers never had the chance...

I respect Teddy Kennedy for having the guts to appear at the convention, but his message was way off base. He must be getting senile if he Barack Obama reminds him of his brother.

Barack Obama is no JFK. JFK was an officer in the US Navy and became a war hero and a legend saving his shipwrecked crew. He served three terms in the US House of Representatives and was on his second term in the US senate when he was elected President. He had a resume that depicted strong leadership skills and years of political achievements both of which are missing from Barack Obama’s resume.

Ted has done much in his career. I did not get the feeling he was comparing OBama to his brother. Instead, I think he was trying to connect the two periods of time.

Some of it was a stretch, but I like Ted.
