So what is the fashionable delegate wearing this year to the Pepsi Center hall?
Check it out yourself. Wacky hats are in - at least some delegates think they are.
The guy in the blue hat explained to me that is a Delaware Fighting Blue Hen. I heard they are fierce, those blue hens.

It’s a convention for crying out loud. What do you expect 3 piece suits and top hats?
It is the message that they are sending to the American people that is embarrassing. Equating Obama with JFK? PLEASE! Caroline sees Barack as her father figure? Teddy thinks Barack has the right stuff to take us to the moon? OH, I have no doubt he will change things in the White House.

Ahh yes Joe, this is the best commentary we can expect from the republican supporters. On convention attire. What's really embarassing is the what the republicans have done to this country and their party's own ideals over the last 8 years. That's cause for concern. But hey at least we know what really counts on the minds of the republican supporters....ways they can divert attention from their own failings. Northern, even your own party admits that Obama has more carisma than John McSame who is by far one of the most BORING republican candidates I have seen in years. I guess any excitement he generates will only come from those celebrity attack ads that seemed to backfire. Way to go!

Charisma?!? Who CARES about charisma?!? From what I understand, Ted Bundy was extremely charasmatic, as was Charles Manson. Should we expect to see him at the DNC? I guess he'll fit right in with the rest of the mentally unstable lot there....
