In the NFL there are haves and the have-not's. The salary cap can't save poorly managed teams. The latest case in point involves two such stupid teams. The Washington Redskins (by far the league's dumbest organization thanks to Daniel Snyder) offered the Bungles a package that could have netted them two first round draft picks for talented and mouthy receiver Chad Johnson.

This is brutal on two counts: first it's too much to offer the Bengals (remember the Patriots surrendered a mere 4th round pick for Randy Moss.....who in case you forgot broke the NFL's touchdown reception record).  Second the Bengals should take their money and run. Chad Johnson is damn good but he's going to be a cancer if he even plays a down this year.....so the Bengals have made another bad move. The offer in the first place is the worst move here, both teams stink and will continue to stink because of situations like this. The Bengals and Redskins are loco for this Ocho Cinco situation.

If you're still bummed about the Super Bowl take comfort in the fact that Bill Belichick and Scott Pioli are the best at putting together championship teams. With picks all over the place this weekend, they'll reload this already solid contender.
