Carmen "The Cheeseman" Dinunzio is out of jail while he awaits trial on a bribery charge. The government wanted him locked up, claiming he's dangerous. But the judge disagreed and released him with conditions. He's being monitored electronically and can only leave his East Boston home to go to court or his doctor.

Outside of federal court, I asked Dinunzio if people should be afraid of him. His response: No comment.

What do you think?

I'll bet he schedules a lot of doctor's appointments.

Mike, I'd say the judge is right on and I think it a waste of your time to pursue this any further. The story has no substance that matters to anyone's life. Nobody cares!

I had to laugh out loud when you caught the Cheeseman leaving....if looks could kill..LOL!!!!!!i dont think hes to happy with you...:) but you did a great job about the the fat man....All could think is when he gets out he go downs stairs to the basement of the cheese shop an use the cooling system noise to cover up his directions to his Capo's...I'm really surprised they allowed him out...he could do the same thing at his Dr's or lawyers office remember Bruce Cutler an the Teflon Don in New York....he eventually was indicted for being part of the Mob business....

You earned your money today, dude. Of course he's dangerous. Ya think he can run an organized crime family and be a "choir boy"?

Like Uncle Jr. on the Sopranos, he'll be going to he doctors and funerals everyday. Is he dangerous? Not when it comes to running a marathon. I wouldn't want to cross him. Maybe VB can use him to fill in when Cosmo goes on vacation with the Heavy Hitters.

Anyone who doesn't think that organized crime is alive and well in Massachusetts is being naive. One only needs to look to Beacon Hill to realize there is nothing that happens in this state without a wink and a nod. Public projects, union contracts, the whole nine yards. The fat man is but a face of an organized crime structure which is part of the foundation of our Massachusetts governmental system. They've done a good job in recent years taking the "low road". But don't kid yourself, they're here and still stealing your money. But they now do it in nicer suits.

HappyG, i had to laugh out loud during the DNC Convention here Boston. I believe it was FOX who interviewed Henry Hill of GOODFELLAS fame...an they said Henry how are they skimming the money from the BIG DIG Henry had a gleam in his eye an laughed an said its simple they SKIMMED right off the top at the beginning of the contract stage....

A good example to me would be MCourt how he received 50+ Million for his private parking lots so the State could use it as a demolition storage site then the State gives it back to him FOR FREE!!!!!!nice little deal if you can get it....LOL!!!!his family have been heavy hitters for the Democrats for decades...

He's not dangerous to the general public. People in organized crime are not going to strike out at random and draw attention to themselves. Plus I'm sure Mr. Dinunzio is not stupid, and realizes that everyone will be watching his every move. Who cares if he's out?

He's not dangerous? LOL
"Not going to strike out"-- and if he does will you do his time? I'm sure he won't be interested in who ratted him out. He'll probably just thank them for showing him the evil of his ways. Clueless.

Mike,
You know as "Bad,Underhanded,"or whatever
term you want to call it, Since Boston "Lost"
Whitey, and Jerry, now we have like the old
book GANGS THAT COULDN'T SHOOT STRAIGHT,running
amuck, before if they wanted you, you were the one that got it, there weren't innocent
people getting hit by "Flying Lead", do I
agree with the MOB?
No i don't however they used to say
"a woman could walk the street's of the north
End (nude) and she wouldn't ever have a problem.
If that were to happen in today's society,
there would be problems.
So does anyone else see, SOMETIMES THINGS ARE LEFT BEST ALONE
