"ROCHESTER -- Emergency crews were called to street (took it out) shortly before 7 a.m. Saturday on reports of a hit-and -run accident involving a pedestrian and a dog.

Police said, Raymond , 71, was walking his dog on the southbound shoulder of the road. They were struck by a southbound vehicle that when off the shoulder. After striking Poirier and his dog the driver left the scene, said investigators.

The vehicle is described as blue, possibly a Chevy Lumina. A partial New Hampshire plate of 259 was recalled by witnesses, said police. The vehicle would have front passenger side damage and hood damage. The driver is described as a short female, said police. "

Wow i am comon people is it that diffuclt to stop and make sure everyone is alright and wait for police to come?

Now i would understand it. If he was algeric to the dog or for health reason.. but i mean this is a dump.

He needs to give a reason why to ban a dog.  Nice to see the town backing the dog up.

I think not. no mail ran on july 4th here. And we know the irs dosent work or send stuff out on saturday.

There is no harm letting you dog on a leash and chain up in front or back as long as you

give him enough room has a roof over his/hre head.   has clean food and water.  its legal.

it dsoent bring aggresive dogs out and its not going to make them bite. The dog bites beacsue the owner cant teach right from wrong. However my dog is on a invisbale fence and this works much better.

That they seem to only use one way to displain a child.  I mean there plenty of other things you can teach him a leasson.

1. no watching his/her favorite show

2. no bed time story

3. going to bed early

4. time out

5. no desert.

etc...  those are just some top out of my head you should and can use without pysichally hurting or hitting the child.

thats b.s. Let the kids have there pool,  Stop trying to control people life. Just beacsue you water bill was high last year. Was beacuse you didnt set a standard.  Why dont you neforce your rule next time?

 I dont know about you .But alot of "old folks (no offense to anyone who is old who thinks old) Dont understand pools and weather much.

Change can be good or bad. Though if your going to be afriad of change we will never fix america.

 Stop trying to be selfish and vote for the one who you dont want in office just to keep someone else out of it.

Listen to the issues and choice wisely. It is not that diffuclt to do.

If your going to complain about the next president its your fault if you didn't vote its your fault who you pick even if you didnt like them.

Yes they will make mistakes. Just like normal life teens, young adults, kids

Oh thats right to get higer ratings... when you show this picutre on the news. kids will see them.  So i will say you're just as bad as the magainze.

Here my beef. since it was miley. She 15 year old girl. Why cant you understand since a teenager?  and she problay has more than you think in her closet.   I really think you should be you own role model for your kids.

I really dont see why people have to use stars as role models. Eeven a local police officer could be a role model why not you?

Even if we do put it up it wont stop people from drinking but the age  should be 35 years old.

First of let me say R.I.P Richard. and congrats to the people who try to help him out.

My problem is that this old accident could of bee avodid.  We need to do something with these drivers.

35 years old driver numoers charges. I thought it was only teenagers? hmm  I get cut off no blinker, speeding 20 over speed limit  cutting other people off.   tailgatting.

If people can actually drive better and safer. we need to start a saftey road driver insepction after 2-3 years.

Oh offical are so crazy. please a judge granted it not the police,    wow police get even worse than i thought.

Ok this is what happen to my brother in middle school and high shcool.

When we were getting off from school.  Bus driver stop at her stop and we go at. guess what. I trun around  seeing the bus driver run over my brothers backpack.

Next there was a whole in seats. So my brother was trying to fix it. she accused him of ripping the it up.   My mom showed up and agreed wit my brother.

Next we had a sub driver and  this bus drivers were not the best were acutally pretty much like rude.

He told his friends the f word,   But everyone thought he said it to the bus driver. The funny thing is every clap.

some teen gets 9moths in jail? 

why are we giving crimmals more justice than the us?  This really needs to stop.

Humans have it much easier than animals. As humans can report stuff to police.

As to wear an animal gets hit or killed or anythinge else that  in dangerous him.  I think the law should be same as human way.

Murder? life sentece for a person or less

same as dog for murder yes. Why shouldn't we?
