1 year old falls out window and fighting for it's life!!!!!

I'm sorry folks,  but this is happening way to many times.   Mother is out of the apartment and it appears one year old child pushed through the second floor window screen.   Every other month someone's baby falls out the window.  The poor thing lye's in the hospital with a concussion.  Didn't the last one fall into some bushes breaking he fall?  What does it cost to have the child proof bars put on the windows.  I'll give you the money if you can't afford it.   I am sick and tired of these babies falling like this.  They are not birds.   Please there is enough bad news I have to listen to before I go to bed, this shouldn't be one.

Fenway,

When I first heard this story, 2 thoughts happened back to back: 1. Oh my God! Poor baby!! 2. Wait a minute, didnt' I hear this same story a few weeks ago? Is this the same child??

I'm not understanding the confusion for parents. Either secure the dam window, or don't open it! Period!

June, It's not the same story. Then the mother goes beserk screaming and hollering. Like I said, I have to stop watching the news before bed.

Yeah, I know they're not the same child, but the story is identical. I feel extremely bad for this baby, but not for the parent who is a victim of their own stupidity and thoughtlessness.

Y'know what really stinks about this sadly too repetitive story? ERIC CLAPTON of all people went world-wide media on this in the late 90s (NOT all that long ago, people!) when his own son died after falling out of an unsecured window.

How much do you want to bet that people are still hearing "Tears In Heaven" (the song Eric wrote about his son dying) in offices today?

Cases like this just prove that we need to start testing people before we let them breed.
