miaa ruling on zero policy for athletes

I think this has been long overdue!  School athletes need that much higher authority getting involved.  They need to know there are repercussions that will take place for their misconduct, whether it be drugs, alcohol, tobacco or anything that may alter their physical well being while participating in MIAA sports.
