Yet again the dishonorable Judge Moses strikes!

 

If you haven't read about it yet, Judge Moses let another( 3rd in recent months) convicted sex offender out of jail.  The latest release was a 5 time convicted sex offender named Kenneth Stone.  In his ruling in Stone's case, Moses wrote, "the court concludes that the Commonwealth has not met its burden of proving  beyond a reasonable doubt that Stone is sexually dangerous."   Excuse me, but was the 5 time offender part left out?  Because if you ask me, that's enough said.  Of course,  Mr. Stone's first course of action as a free man was to, yeah you guessed it, rape again. 

 If the Dishonorable Judge Moses still has a job come Monday morning,  the citizens of the world have been done a serious injustice. 

 I think Being a Judge is a VERY,VERY,  serious job and we shouldn't be handing these jobs over so easily.    It's about time we see some heavy house cleaning in our justice system.  This should no longer be ignored!!!

I wish no ill will on anybody, illegal or not, 

Having said that,

Why the hell does our lame-ass Governor think ILLEGAL ALIENS should qualify for in state tuition??!!   I don't get this!

What about the hard working people who live in NH but work in Mass? 

 Any deal for their children?  The answer is NO!

Casino's sure, bring in the degenerate's, and even more illegals at that.

This is the problem:

This country has a very serious problem with illegal immigration - fact!  It seems all the politicians( liars) seem soooo concerned about it, yet they make this country oh-so-attractive to the illegals!  In other words - do nothing about it.

Good move Dumbval!  Entice them even more with deals on college. They'll be flocking like seagulls around a bag of potato chips on the beach!

Furthermore,

A wall on the border won't do a damn thing.  We invite these people over here with all the pretty benefits they will get. 

My message is:

 Do not build a wall!  That is not the problem.

The problem is:

Our leaders invite them here..period!  Just take a look around, its obvious 

Until we curb the ass-kissing we will always have this problem.  Yeah yeah, "Illegals help the economy"  Then why is the economy so horrible right now?  Deficit in the TRILLIONS!!  Can't blame it all on GW.  This all started in the Clinton error.

 I predict a recession in 2008!  ( another story for another day )

What about the American citizens??  Don't we count for anything??

I, like many of us have been paying close attention to the ALCS play off's.   Here's my take:

The Sox are letting the towel waving crowd get to them.  They don't have the big play-off spirit that they should have going for them.  They look like a sad/intimadated  bunch. 

My message to our beloved team:

C'mon guys get fired up!

You're a great team, lets go!

If any team can do it, you can!

Elton John has come out and said that the internet is affecting people's way of socializing.  And if they shut down the internet for I believe, 5 years that there would be a change for the better.  I admit, I would be lost without it, especially in my line of work.  But I think to some extent he may have a point.  There is alot of bad that comes from the internet.  We see it every day.

 

Right?  Wrong?

I was watching the 10 o'clock Fox news last night.  When they came to the clip with Paula Abdul I noticed she didn't seem sober.  I don't know if it's alcohol, pills, or if she has a mental/physical condition. She appears to be under the influence of something.  She slurs alot.   This isn't the first time she has appeared this way.  Anyone agree?

I just saw what happened in Dunstable.  An ambulance crashed into a house killing the 21 year old driver and the 57 year old patient in the back.  How does something like this happen?  The whole story wasn't out yet.  I think 21 might be a bit young for someone to be driving an ambulance.  Was he properly trained? and if so, is he responsible enough to handle such a serious job?  I guess we'll see, but I don't think so.
