Yet again the dishonorable Judge Moses strikes!

If you haven't read about it yet, Judge Moses let another( 3rd in recent months) convicted sex offender out of jail.  The latest release was a 5 time convicted sex offender named Kenneth Stone.  In his ruling in Stone's case, Moses wrote, "the court concludes that the Commonwealth has not met its burden of proving  beyond a reasonable doubt that Stone is sexually dangerous."   Excuse me, but was the 5 time offender part left out?  Because if you ask me, that's enough said.  Of course,  Mr. Stone's first course of action as a free man was to, yeah you guessed it, rape again.

If the Dishonorable Judge Moses still has a job come Monday morning,  the citizens of the world have been done a serious injustice.

I think Being a Judge is a VERY,VERY,  serious job and we shouldn't be handing these jobs over so easily.    It's about time we see some heavy house cleaning in our justice system.  This should no longer be ignored!!!

AmericanMuslima, you are being very defensive; no where did sirB mention religion or even Muslims. And don't get me started on this "peaceful and amazing religion"!

sirB, I have to agree that this Judge endangered the public by his ruling; surely he could have found some way to keep him incarcerated!

In addition, Judges are not God...there are good ones and bad ones and they should be periodically reviewed as to their fitness to sit on the bench. Just my opion.

C_Fox,

This one Judge Moses needs to lose his job.

I agree they should at least be periodically reviewed,

Not only does this judge need to lose his job, he needs a full psychiatric evaluation. Maybe I'm not whacked out enough to be a politician or judge, but who in their right mind ignores 5 convictions? I can see MAYBE one being overlooked (inconclusive evidence or some such other ACLU bull), but FIVE? Either the guy's guilty as hell and should stay in jail, or he's being picked on by the state, and I'm leaning towards guilty as hell, considering his actions after release. This judge is either nuts or stupid, and either way, he shouldn't be allowed near a bench ever again.

I am sickened by our judicial system. Too often level 3's are set free to live & exist around children.
My level 3 neighbor still gets to gaze into the elementary school gym. He has not committed another crime as far as we know, but what are we waiting for? For him to strike & some judge to just toss it out the window? It's time for a change. It's time we elect judges & not appoint them. They too need to be held accountable for the scum they set free!
I am sick of this injustice!
I am sick of level 3!
Life should be more like baseball... 3 strikes & you are OUT!
Lets get a hoard together & sack the lot of them!
-pant pant pant-
this topic gets gets my blood boiling...
It makes me ANGRY & I don't even like kids!!!
